This damper makes it possible to use a TTX36 even though space is limited and there is therefore no external expansion tank. Since the TTX36 inline has been available since 2009, it has been very popular in formula cars and in vehicles in which no external expansion tank is permitted.
The TTX36 inline has an expansion tank that is located in the course of the shock absorber. With a proven internal oil flow, there is no continuous piston rod. The TTX36 inline is supplied with a two-way adjustment, one compression and one rebound stage. The damper can be converted to 4-way adjustment via a very easy upgrade.
A major advantage of the damper is the integrated reservoir, which makes it very compact and easy to install. ÖHLINS has a length calculation program for this damper, which helps you with the assembly and selection of the necessary individual parts.
Five lengths are available directly from ÖHLINS (from 283mm to 490mm, measured without end eyes).
The TTX36 is also available with an external expansion tank in various versions.
